Its location was unbeatable, at walking distance from Coronation Park. For safety measures it had smoke detectors.

We stayed in the Queen Studio for one night. Our contactless check in was seamless, with Donia providing thorough instructions and a wonderful list of options for dining and drinking. The location is within walking distance of bars, cafes, and even Four Pillars Distillery! Some lovely wineries are also a short drive away. Our room was clean, cosy, and perfect for an overnight stay. The open shower was a nice touch, and the bed was really comfy. Despite the heatwave, the air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool. a great experience and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

I was simply delighted by my stay at the beautifully renovated mechanics institute in Healesville. The tasteful and trendy decor created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The spacious layout and clean facilities were perfect for a senior like myself. I especially loved the comfortable bed which provided a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring.
If only there were a few more handrails around the property.

The hotel's tasteful decor and spacious interior were just delightful. As a senior woman, I appreciated the attention to detail in the design, which made it easy for me to navigate the common areas and my room. The hotel's central location in Healesville was perfect for me, allowing me to easily explore the shops, cafes, and pubs within a minute's walk. Additionally, its proximity to other attractions and state parks made it an ideal base for my adventures. I will definitely be recommending this wonderful retreat to fellow travelers. The staff, or should I say the children working there, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing to complain about.

The Old Mechanics was a great value for the money with a comfortable bed and a spotlessly clean room. The location was perfect, quiet at night but still within walking distance to everything. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast option could be improved by providing a toaster for guests to use.

The rooms were beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean. The location was great, just a short walk from cafes and shops. Plus, the views of the mountains from the window were amazing!
The kitchen shelves were ridiculously high and difficult to reach. I wish they had provided a little step ladder for us shorter folks.
